Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing data on the User's Devices using the Service to provide electronic services by the Administrator and the rules for collecting and processing personal data provided voluntarily by Users through tools available on the Service. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Service Regulations, which define the rules, rights, and obligations of Users using the Service.

Definitions

Service - the internet service "NewFreshMusic.com", operated at https://www.newfreshmusic.com

External Service - websites of partners, service providers or service recipients cooperating with the Administrator

Service/Data Administrator - The Service and Data Administrator (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator) is a natural person "Jacek Kubiak" residing in Winterthur, who provides electronic services through the Service.

User - a natural person for whom the Administrator provides electronic services through the Service.

Device - an electronic device with software through which the User accesses the Service.

Restriction of processing - means the marking of stored personal data with the aim of limiting their processing in the future.

Profiling - means any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyze or predict aspects concerning that natural person's performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, behavior, location or movements.

Consent - Consent of the data subject means any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.

Anonymization of data - the irreversible process of manipulating data that results in the destruction or overwriting of "personal data," making it impossible to identify or associate with a particular user or natural person.

§2 Processing of Personal Data

We are the controller of personal data of our users, which means that if you have an account on our website, we process your personal data such as email address, IP address, first name, last name, and gender. We are also the controller of personal data of individuals subscribed to our newsletter.

in accordance with the applicable regulations regarding personal data protection,

You have the right to access your personal data, correct it, change it, delete it or limit its processing, as well as the right to object and file a complaint with the supervisory authority at any time. It should be noted that our cooperation with these entities does not give us control over the content or functioning of their services.
